clogged drain unreplaced soap
the room wasn't fully cleaned daily, i noticed. the shower drain was somewhat clogged. it filled with water. some items weren't replaced daily. like the shower cap, soap, etc.

attentive service cooked breakfast
the staff was attentive and friendly!!! the room and bathroom were very large. we had dinner one night in the restaurant. it was superb. breakfast every morning included a continental selection and a choice of cooked breakfast.

a dreamy escape
attentive bar service really good cocktail easy exploration relaxed pool
I adored the attentive bar service. Lawrence crafted really good cocktails with such grace. the location allowed for easy exploration of the waterfront. our room offered a beautiful view. the staff remembered small details, a lovely touch that elevated our experience. the public areas were serene. i felt so relaxed by the pool area.
The elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long. during peak hours. A minor inconvenience. but nothing to change my mind about this hotel.

our room was spacious and very well equipped. it featured a large bathroom with two separate sinks. the room also had a rainfall shower. the mountain view added such charm.

The location is really good, near the vibrant Waterfront. The hotel features a tranquil garden oasis, complete with a refreshing pool (ideal for relaxation). I found the staff patient and kind. They were always available to assist. Breakfast in the restaurant offered very good food.

The breakfast was great and provided a great start to the day. I appreciated the choice of where to eat. The restaurant also offers a patio with a wonderful mountain view, perfect for meals or drinks.

The room was luxurious and spacious, with super comfortable beds. I found the lighting to be adequate, and the blackout curtains effectively blocked out light. The bathroom was well-equipped (I especially liked the separate sinks).

charmed by attention to detail!
makeup facecloth bathroom products
The service was really good. I especially liked the black facecloth provided for makeup removal! the beds and linens were superb. i also appreciated the complimentary water bottles replenished daily and the quality bathroom products provided.
the shower drain was a bit clogged, causing water to fill during showers. it wasn't a major issue, but it was slightly inconvenient.

the hotel is conveniently located very close to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. the waterfront is only metres away from the hotel. it has a nice relaxed atmosphere even with the busy city so close.

The room was a great size and it was clean. I appreciated that! the bathroom was also large. the hotel gave me a beautiful view of table mountain directly from my room and this was very charming.
